Inspired by the centenary project of the School of Law which celebrates the first 100 years of women at the School, and by the late Honourable Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the US Supreme Court who was famous for her strong dissenting views, this event draws together globally leading women insurance scholars to speak on issues of dissent in Insurance Law.

The papers from this event will be published in a Special Issue of the British Insurance Law Association's Journal on Dissent in Insurance Law, edited by Dr Livashnee Naidoo and Professor James Davey (forthcoming 2022).
