Clan Childlaw – Diploma training
Clan Childlaw stands with children and young people when they stand up for their rights. Clan is an award-winning, independent children’s charity that actively supports children and young people to take ownership of their rights.
The University of Glasgow and clan fully welcome the incorporation of the UNCRC into Scots law and we want the next generation of lawyers to start out in their profession alive to the possibility of specialising as a children’s lawyer. For the first time, Clan will design and deliver 4 in-person training workshops to our Diploma students: Recognising that a commitment to child-centred practice is the best way forward for children to be supported in exercising their UNCRC rights.
