What is the research about? We have been speaking to older people with lived experiences of multiple long-term conditions to better understand how they seek help for their multiple conditions and identifying the barriers to care. What to expect? Un-veiling of our art gallery showing artwork, photos and poetry from our participants that depict their experience of living with multiple long-term conditions. Co-developing action plans for research and clinical practice.
