UofG Sport Active Lifestyle Wellbeing Programme
- The University of Glasgow Sport Active Lifestyle Wellbeing Programme is available to all colleagues and students and is available to colleagues who may be experiencing low mood, anxiety or depression and wish to engage in exercise to recover
- Its free
- Runs over a 6-week programme and there are up to 15 spaces in each rolling block
- Colleagues would work with a Wellbeing Coordinator from Sport (at your pace and fitness levels)
- A referral pathway from Occupational Health to the programme is also in place
