Two new podcasts, on social inequalities in unintentional childhood injuries and research question methodologies, are now available from the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit
In recent weeks, the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit has launched two new podcasts.
In the latest "15 minutes on health inequalities" podcast, Dr Paul Henery speaks to Dr Linsay Gray and Dr Michael Green about a recent paper on social inequalities in unintentional childhood injuries and how upstream policies to improve local environments and housing can help reduce these.
The fourth episode of the "Systems Science in Public Health Podcast" features Professor Petra Meier in conversation with Dr Patricia L Mabry, an interdisciplinary scientist who applies cutting edge methodologies to research questions in healthcare, science of science, tobacco control, and health disparities.
This podcast series is a joint venture between the SPIHER (Systems Science in Public Health and Health Economics Research) Consortium and the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit.
