Information about staff counselling, the Employee Assistance Programme, and the university's Occupational Health Unit is available on the Equality and Diversity website
Alternatively, speak to your line manager or another trusted colleague if you are struggling.
Several IHW staff have now completed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training - the mental health equivalent of physical first aid - and, in due course, we will be circulating the names and contact details of the colleagues you may approach for support should you find yourself in mental distress during the working day.
