Employee and Organisational Development's Monica Smith will return to IHW in June to deliver an in-house half-day mentoring course for prospective mentors/mentees
IHW is delighted to welcome back trainer and mentorship specialist Monica Smith to run her half day "Introduction to mentoring" course, aimed at anyone thinking of becoming a mentor to colleagues, or who is considering asking for a mentor and interesting in finding out more about the process and benefits.
