Work/life balance
One of the main issues in academia is juggling work and personal life. We have developed a number of initiatives to address this problem from the outset. Work/life balance is emphasized during staff inductions, specific initiatives are highlighted in the monthly SHW newsletter and staff away days feature a work/life balance activity, such as yoga or mindfulness.
