Athena Swan in SHW
Belonging
We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our community feels welcome, supported and included. Not only do we work towards gender equality, we also strive to remove barriers and create a positive environment for staff and students with disabilities, older workers, carers, the LGBTQ+ community and people from ethnic minorities.
