Using specialist software, ISAAC can construct 3D surface images from two or more secondary electron images acquired at different angles of tilt. 3D surface images can be displayed either as red-blue anaglyphs or converted into digital elevation models (DEMs) that can be rotated and viewed at any angle. Surface profiles can be constructed for quantifying metrology properties such as roughness.
