You are invited! We are pleased to announce that the School of Geographical and Earth Sciences are relaunching (post-pandemic) its public-oriented inaugural professor lectures. The lectures will return with Professor Larissa Naylor sharing 'Tales from a Dr. for the planet, Dr. of Geography'.

The series contributes to celebrating and promoting the work of our School’s research and teaching leaders. The lectures are intended to increase public awareness of the University's role within the wider community by providing a public forum for our research and enhancing Glasgow's statutory role as a civic University.

You are cordially and formally invited to join in her lecture, and the reception to follow immediately afterwards. This will take place on 30th May 2024 from 16:00-16:50 (Lecture, Humanities Lecture Theatre, Main Building 255, West Quadrangle) and reception in the ARC Atrium, 17:00-18:00.

To RSVP please complete this form (for catering purposes). The series will also be live-streamed and recorded, enabling widespread and inclusive participation.

Families are welcome to attend.
