Dignity at work and study
Everyone at Glasgow should be treated with dignity and respect, with the University 'embracing diversity and difference and treating colleagues, students, visitors and others with respect.'
Therefore, harassment and bullying within the working or learning environment are not tolerated by the University.
Support and guidance

If you are not ready to report or would like to speak to someone, you can get in touch with:
- Research champion and advisor network: discussion of and reporting on research misconduct
- The Respect Advisers Network: informal support for students and staff dealing with bullying and harassment informally, providing confidential one-to-one advice
- SRC advice centre offers free and confidential advice to students on a wide range of subjects
- Human resources: more formal support for staff and line managers
- Trained first responders (group of staff as Sexual Violence and Harassment First Responders to listen to you empathetically and without judgement while you seek support)
- Counselling services
- Residence Life staff at the University Accommodation
The College also has a team of student support officers there to support students on their academic journey.
