CAD-Graphics Services

CAD-3D Printing

There is a dedicated technician that manages all CAD and 3D printing requests. The technician is based on level 5 of the James Watt South building.

CAD support is capable of supporting for requests based on

  • AUTODESK
  • FUSION-360
  • REVIT

There is also a suite of 3D printers and advice can be given on design and production of printed components.

 

Graphics-Printing

The technical services provide a comprehensive Graphics and Printing support to the School of Engineering. There is a dedicated technician working out of a fully equipped graphics studio on level 6 of the James Watt South building.

Services provided include :

  • Photography/Video
  • Motion Graphics
  • Illustration
  • Scanning
  • Poster printing
  • Signage
  • Design and layout of presentation materials using the Adobe software suite.
