Biography
Michalis Constantinides (PhD, MSc, MA, QTS, BSc) is Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Educational Leadership and Management at the School of Education and programme director for the MEd Educational Leadership.
His research, teaching, and outreach focus on the organisation and management of education systems, with a particular focus on collaborative approaches to address complex problems of practice. His teaching and research expertise also lie in the field of educational change and improvement and the social and policy contexts of leading education at both institutional and systemic levels.
He is particularly interested in how educational leaders can navigate complex systems and drive positive change and how innovations in school collaboration can significantly enhance educational outcomes and foster a more supportive learning environment.
