Research interests
Research interests include : Educational leadership, inclusion specifically as it relates to Nurture Groups, professionalisation of EYs workforce, gender and contemporary perspectives of children and childhood.
Research and Knowledge Transfer (RKT)
I am a member of the Professional Learning and Leadership RKT group which has a focus on research, policy and practice related to the continuing development of people working in education and other human service areas.
I have a particular interest in the professional development of professionals who work in non=compulsory children services and those who are required, or aspire, to meet the registration requirements of the Scottish Social Service Council where the focus is on professional development and leadership.
