Biography
I am a passionate artist and teacher. I studied my undergraduate honours degree in Fine Art at the Glasgow School of Art; undertook my PGDE at Moray House at the University of Edinburgh and studied for a Masters in Educational Leadership at the University of Strathclyde.
I joined the University of Glasgow in 2020 as an Associate Tutor, working on dissertation supervision, teaching across a range of post-graduate, masters programmes; and working as a School Experience Tutor. Previously, I worked as a Teacher across secondary and primary in both state and independent sectors in teaching and promoted roles.
As an educator I am driven by my love for learning and the pursuit of social justice. I am particularly interested in novice-teacher development, children’s rights, and pupil-voice for school improvement.
