Highlander Adventurers and Caribbean slavery, 1750-1850
The first meeting of the Glasgow Colonial and Postcolonial discussion group for the 2014-2015 session will be held in Room 205, 5 University Gardens at 17.00 on Tuesday 21th October 2014.
Our first speaker is Michael Hopcroft, who will be presenting his research on 'Highlander Adventurers and Caribbean slavery, 1750-1850'.
Biography:
Michael Hopcroft is a postgraduate researcher in History at the Glasgow Caledonian University.
