Kicking Off TERRA: Intelligent Water & Coastal Management for a Sustainable Future

On January 15, 2025, the TERRA project launched with a dynamic kick-off meeting at the University of Thessaly in Lamia, Greece. This milestone marks the beginning of a visionary initiative funded by Horizon Europe to tackle global water-related challenges such as pollution, flooding, and coastal erosion.

The meeting brought together nine European partners to discuss TERRA's ambitious agenda, including the development of AI-powered tools, Digital Twin technology, and Copernicus services. Together, these innovations will redefine water resource management and climate resilience.
