Skills and Competencies Research Group
The Skills and Competencies Research Group sits within the School's Education and Practice (EAP) section. Group members are interested in understanding how students develop skills and competencies across contexts including university and the workplace. The group is also working towards defining and exploring the concept of 'Socially Responsible Computing'.
The Skills and Competencies Research Group is led by Dr Oana Andrei and Dr Waqar Nabi.
We are interested in supervising PhDs in this area - contact details are available via the links to members' profile pages on the right-hand side of the page if you'd like to get in touch.
