As trustee of the VLV, Dr Lynn Whitaker joins the prestigious line-up at the policy UK event 'Commercialisation and Childhood', using her research into both children's 'in-app purchasing' and the children's media production sector to inform policy discussion on suitable regulatory frameworks for advertising to children and how best to ensure ethical and sustainable content funding models for UK children's media. The event follows from Lynn's recent consultations with and research presentations at Ofcom.
