Philip Schlesinger spoke about the campaigns for and against Scottish independence at the ACOP Bilbao 2014 conference, whose theme was 'Political communication in a transforming world'.  He joined colleagues from the Basque Country and Catalonia on a plenary panel at an international meeting that aims to bring academics and political consultants together to share their views and experiences.
