Held during the Glasgow Short Film Festival at the CCA on 15 February, the conference attracted a capacity audience for a well-tempered and highly engaged discussion. Philip argued that the Scottish Government's plans had too little detail on public film finance, especially the future of tax breaks and National Lottery funding. He also discussed the reform of Creative Scotland.
