It's well known that the simple activity of walking has many health benefits - as a result, the Health & Wellbeing subgroup of the SCCA EDI Committee has arranged a series of Wellbeing Walks over the next few months to provide an opportunity to get away from our desks, meet colleagues and enjoy some fresh air and exercise!

The walks will take place on the dates below and Professor Dee Heddon has kindly agreed to lead them. These will be local, lunchtime walks that all colleagues are welcome and encouraged to join.

The meeting and departure point will be the main doors of Gilmorehill Halls.

  • Wed 09 Oct, 1.10-1.50pm: Peri/menopausal walk
  • Wed 06 Nov, 1.10-1.50pm: Walk
  • Wed 11 Dec, 1pm-2pm: Mince pie and walk (it off!)
