The Alan Turing Institute has recently opened its call for Turing Fellows, with a closing date of September 18th.

These are non-funded Fellowship positions, instead offering visibility and acknowledgement as a UK data science/AI expert both at the fellow’s institution and across the Turing’s networks, which can aid career progression. Additionally, Turing Fellow’s benefit from collaboration space in the heart of London, as well as travel and expenses allowance for travel to the Institute in London and to members of the Turing University Network (for Turing-related activities).

This call is not being demand managed. Instead, we will collate draft applications, using the form template through the Centre for Data Science and AI (CDSAI@glasgow.ac.uk) and then pass them to colleagues who will offer some brief comments and feedback. All feedback will be circulated within a week to enable final submission by Monday, 18 September 2023.

Interested candidates to send the Alan Turing Fellow Application Form together with a two-page CV to CDSAI@glasgow.ac.uk by Thursday, 07 September 2023, copying in Neil.Findlay@glasgow.ac.uk
