SCMH PGR Symposium

This was held on the 8th September at the ARC
The return of the PGR symposium and poster day was held on the 8th September in the ARC. With the aim of showcasing the research of our PGRs, the day included two poster sessions kindly moderated and marked by two panels of ECRs. Alongside the poster sessions, the day featured academic and industry focused career presentations, technical presentations and a panel discussion on thesis writing and preparing for a viva.
The PGR reps would like to thank all those who came along and contributed, particularly the staff, students and invited external speakers who presented, acted as poster markers and/or submitted abstracts for posters. A special thanks also to our sponsors Merck and New England Biolabs. A final Congratulations to the winners of poster prizes, Corey McAleese, Cameron Thompson, Caitlin Cosgrove and Eleanor Dickson-Murray.
