'My name is Angelina Kancheva, I am originally from Bulgaria, and I just started my PhD as part of the joint Doctoral Training Program in Precision Medicine offered by the University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow. My PhD project, which I will be conducting under the supervision of Dr. Terry Quinn, will aim to describe the complete phenotype of cerebrovascular small vessel disease (cSVD) using UK Biobank as a primary neuroimaging resource. Previously, I completed my Research Master's in Experimental and Clinical Neuroscience at Utrecht University. My main interests lie in using clinical neuroscience, neuroimaging and advanced data analysis techniques to improve our understanding of the functional consequences of cSVD.'
