We would like to welcome Hannah Lithgow to SCMH
I have joined SCMH as a Research Associate working on a project with Dr Stuart Gray titled: viTAmin K2 and rEcOVery from ExeRcise (TAKEOVER study). We are investigating the effects of vitamin K2 on recovery from muscle damaging resistance exercise in young and older adults. I have moved here from UWS where I was a Lecturer in Exercise Physiology. Much of my research to date has focussed on vitamin D, so this will be a nice shift to a new, but closely related, vitamin.
