The Colleague Engagement Survey, delivered in partnership with People Insight, allows us to do just that.

Implemented regular formal meets and open forums for open discussions, encouraging input from all members.

Introduced regular informal catch-ups and networking opportunities to foster positive relationships between managers and staff.

Created a dedicated website section within the induction portal and the school's main website to provide clear career development opportunities and job role expectations.

Updated meeting rooms equipment to facilitate seamless collaboration during hybrid working, promoting work-life balance.
