The much anticipated and planned SCMH Athena Swan Culture Survey is now ready for you to complete using the link: https://uofg.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1MqemGsCZpG4gXI
This survey will help to inform the direction of the next Athena Swan action plan so your response and engagement is vital. It will help us to improve where we need to and continue to bring in processes that make a real difference. The survey has been trialled by members of the SAT (thanks to all those who did so) and it should take around 15-20mins to complete, although if you have a lot to contribute to the open questions this will add time (and we would certainly encourage you do this).
Given the importance of the Athena Swan renewal to the School and the wider University, this is an appropriate and proportionate use of your time.
In response to feedback from the SAT, you will now be able to complete the survey in blocks if you are unable to complete it in its entirety at one sitting. In order to do this, you will need to click back into the link from the same PC/device each time. We hope this will be a useful feature for those who need it.
We need a much better completion rate than in 2022 so you will be sent frequent reminders to complete this survey over the next month. Have your say.
