Kipling Study: Effect of Krill Oil and Krill Protein Following Exercise on Muscle Growth

Over 60s Research Participants Needed
There is some data to suggest that krill oil may increase muscle mass and strength in older adults, but we do not know if it has any benefits on top of muscle strengthening (resistance) exercise or from increasing protein intake.
The aim of this project will be to determine if krill oil can help improve the muscle-building responses to resistance exercise and protein supplementation.
