Biography

Gordon Cowell is an honorary clinical senior lecturer in the School of Cancer Sciences and a consultant radiologist with NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

Following training in Clinical Radiology, he was appointed as a consultant radiologist in 2012 with clinical commitments in thoracic, haematological and MR imaging.  His clinical sessions are divided between the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and New Victoria Hospital, Glasgow.

His research interests include thoracic and pleural imaging, with a particular focus on pleural malignancy, thoracic MRI and development of imaging biomarkers.
