Biography
Qijun is Lecturer in Management at University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School. His PhD was obtained at University of Glasgow focusing on ambidexterity and innovation management. This was followed by a one-year post-doc projecy exploring business model and ecosystem analysis for Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs) Prior to his current role, Qijun was a senior lecture at the University of West of England and a lecture at the University of Greenwich.
Research interests
My research broadly focuses on new product development, digital transformation in different context (e.g., SMEs), responsible innovation from business perspectives and ambidextrous organisations. I engage in conceptual and empirical research work with expertise in protocol-driven literature reviews. I am also interested in exploring theories and assumptions in organisations and management studies. My current theoretical interest lies in responsible innovation, grande social challenges and agency theory in supply chain finance.
