Biography
Farsan Madjdi is a lecturer in entrepreneurship at the cluster of entrepreneurship, regional development and political economy at Adam Smith business school, University of Glasgow, UK.
He holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of
Business, South Africa, exploring the relationship between personal identities, entrepreneurial behavior, and the perception of entrepreneurial opportunities. He also acted as a start-up advisor and new venture creation facilitator. In addition to his PhD, he received an MBA from Henley Business School, UK, and an MSc in Management & Economics from the University of Regensburg, Germany.
Farsan has extensive professional work experience with multinational corporations and (corporate) start-ups in developed and emerging markets with a focus on innovation management and business development.

Farsan is a member of the School's Entrepreneurship, Development and Political Economy research cluster.
