Bio

Russell has worked in Tax Technology for 15 years, spending ten of those at two of the ‘Big 4’. Russell’s focus at Tax Systems is around the future of tax, how technology will change the way that taxes are done, and the impact that it will have on the largest businesses in the UK. Russell spends his time talking to customers, understanding their ‘pain points’, and working with them to think about how technology might solve those challenges. More recently, Russell has led efforts at Tax Systems to consider the impact that generative AI (commonly referred to as ‘ChatGPT’) will have on the tax and finance industry more broadly.
