Abstract
Climate change is a non-uniform phenomenon. This paper proposes a novel methodology to describe and measure the existing warming heterogeneity in the Globe. The results are important for the design of efficient mitigation-adaptation-compensation climate policies. They also open the door to the need for a new non-uniform causal-effect climate change analysis.
