Abstract

What is public policy and how can international business research engage with policy issues, the policy community and policymaking institutions to make impact?  In 'Shaping up IB papers for policy audiences’, Dr Stephen Buzdugan will discuss different models of public policy making and research impact, including the co-production of research, and present effective ways for International Business research to engage with policy at the domestic and international levels. This workshop will be interactive and will draw on examples from Dr Buzdugan’s impact role in the Faculty of Business and Law at Manchester Metropolitan University.
