Services and Operations Management

About us

The Services and Operations Management Cluster seeks to understand how to manage change, innovate and create values within operations and organisational systems. It aims to bring systems that transform resources, driving innovation in science, technology, engineering and management, to the next level to fulfil the current needs and fit for future development. It conducts interdisciplinary research in manufacturing, telecommunications, health care and the financial and third sectors using archival research, modelling, testing and application-based tools.  Members collaborate with other leading researchers, policymakers, as well as professionals, industry, commerce, government, and the third sector.
