Session Overview 

This session will present experiences of publishing in a variety of media and lessons learned about the writing process. The presentation will focus in particular on responding both to constructive criticism (the good and the bad) and destructive criticism (the ugly). 

Biography

Professor Geraint Harvey is Dancap Private Equity Chair of Human Organisation at Western University. He has previously held posts at a variety of institutions in the UK, most recently as Chair of People and Organisation at Swansea University. His research into the changing nature of work has been published in a variety of academic and other sources. He has been commissioned to study employment relations in civil aviation by a variety of international organisations including the International Labour Organisation. He has recently studied the impact of the pandemic on the funding models of Air Navigation Services Providers and will begin a study of the role of organised labor in civil aviation recovery and future sustainability with the International Federation of Air Line Pilots' Associations.
