Dr Eleanor Rees

  • Quantitative Epidemiologist (Infectious Disease Ecology)

Biography

My research focuses on the epidemiology, surveillance and control of zoonotic diseases. I currently use surveillance data to explore rabies dynamics, control and elimination in Tanzania and the Philippines. My PhD looked at leptospirosis, using mathematical modelling to explore the complex drivers of disease dynamics.
