Phylogenetic trees are one of the iconic visualisations of evolution, but displaying them presents many difficulties. This talk will outline some of the challenges of viewing trees, especially large ones, and will also look at ways to combine trees for DNA sequences with web-based maps, focussing on DNA barcodes.
