STEM in Scotland Award

College of Science and Engineering is excited to offer this unique £40,000 stipend to support international students studying any of the eligible STEM programmes in Scotland. 

To be eligible you must:

- Hold an offer to study an eligible, full-time programme commencing in September 2027

- Have International or EU fee status

- Demonstrate excellent academic achievement before starting University:

    • Qualifications already achieved:  students holding the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades 
    • Qualification not yet achieved:  students predicted, or who achieve, the following A Level/IB (or local equivalent) grades, the scholarship may be withdrawn if final exam results do not meet the grades outlined below.

Eligible programmes

Value

Up to £40,000 complete stipend towards your study and cost of living expenses.
Successful applicants will receive £10,000 annual stipend, paid in instalments, for each progressive year of study (up to 4 years)
Please note this scholarship cannot be combined with any other University Scholarship, including the World Changers Excellence Scholarship. Successful candidates will be contacted by the scholarship team and will have to select the preferred scholarship.
