Prudence comes from an agricultural background, hence a fascination with soils. She started with a Diploma in Agriculture then a degree in Agriculture Environment Management followed by a Masters in Environment Protection.

Pru is working as part of Work Package 3 of the GALLANT Project, looking at reclamation of vacant and derelict land. Her project investigates the use of spent coffee grounds in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated urban soils in Glasgow.
