Landsec Bursary
We are pleased to offer the Landsec Bursary to support Home students who could face financial difficulties in taking up their place to study at the University. Applications are particularly welcome from applicants who met any of our widening participation criteria.
The aim of the bursary is to attract diverse talent from a variety of Real Estate-related disciplines and underrepresented backgrounds to study a fully accredited Planning & Real Estate Masters in Scotland and increase the number of qualified property professionals.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- Hold an offer of study at the full-time MSc City Planning & Real Estate Development programme starting in September 2025/2026
- Have Home/RUK fee status
- Meet at least 1 of our social mobility criteria:
- Live in an SIMD decile 1-4 (MD20/40) Scottish postcode area
- Have care experience
- Estranged from family and living without family support
- Seeking asylum in the UK
- Have refugee status
- Are a carer (provide unpaid care)
