College of Science and Engineering Graduate School Scholarship
College of Science and Engineering Graduate School Scholarship
The College of Science & Engineering Graduate School Scholarships support exceptional students in all areas of research study across the College.
The College of Science and Engineering, which comprises six Schools and one research institute, holds over £170 million of research funding and is home to more than 1000 PhD students working on a wide range of research projects. Research in the College ranges from the core disciplines of Chemistry, Computing Science, Engineering, Geographical and Earth Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics, and Physics and Astronomy to interdisciplinary areas such as materials, nanotechnology, sensors and systems biology. We are also involved in multidisciplinary research on societal issues such as energy and sustainability, transportation, health and ageing.
There are exciting opportunities to undertake cutting-edge and innovative research in our advanced facilities, not only in established disciplined-based areas, but also in cross-cutting research themes where our core strengths are combined, such as digital economy, energy, healthcare technology, sensors and intelligent imaging, sustainable high-value manufacturing and underpinning capabilities.
- Open to both international and Home/EU applicants.
