Biography

Mirjam Allik has a PhD from Trinity College, Dublin. She has worked at the University of Glasgow since December 2013 and currently leads a research project into the health of care experienced children in Scotland.

Research interests

Mirjam is interested in using quantitative methods for linked data research. Her work is focused on measuring deprivation at the small-area level, measuring health inequalities and understanding the effects of care experience on children's health in Scotland.
