We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to support our team on a large Research Council project, working in close collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI), Academic Coordinator (AC) and College Research support offices to manage financial, organisational and procedural elements of the project.
You will provide all collaborators with support, advice and guidance on funder and University of Glasgow policies and procedures relating to all financial and administrative aspects of the project. You will create and maintain good working relations with the network of local administrators in partner organisations to ensure communication within the team and with external stakeholders; to keep track of outputs, outcomes and impact.
This project has with a diverse and international range of academic and non-academic partners (in the UK, Palestine, Mexico, Ghana, Zimbabwe and Morocco), and is an exciting opportunity to develop new skills and work with (a lot) of new people.
Salary will be on the Management, Professional and Administrative Grade, level 6, £29,176 - £32,817 per annum, pro rata.
This post is part time (21 hours per week) and has funding available until 31 March 2023.
From 1 January 2021 there will be an opportunity to increase hours to full time (35 hours per week).
