Dr Richard Burchmore

The Burchmore lab exploits proteomic and metabolomic approaches to understand the response of cells and organisms to environmental and genetic perturbations, such as drug and immune challenge and changing nutrient availability.
The laboratory houses state-of-the-art mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation and is integrated within Glasgow Polyomics (www.polyomics.gla.ac.uk), a facility of the collection, analysis and integration of –omic datasets.
