Katherine Smith
Kat leads SIPHER Understanding Policy Processes & Evidence Needs (Workstrand 1) which uses a novel combination of qualitative methods including interviews, system mapping, ethnographic research, and documentary analysis.
Kat is also a co-investigator on SIPHER Evaluation & Engagement (Workstrand 8) where she is supporting work to communicate community panel perspectives to policy audiences, as well as the collection and analysis of qualitative data for our internal evaluation.
She is a Professor of Public Health Policy at Strathclyde University.
