Julian Cox
Julian is SIPHER Co-Director and part of the SIPHER Directorate.
He is also our Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) Partner Lead, working alongside colleagues including SIPHER Embedded Reseracher and Jessica Smith in our GMCA Policy Partner team.
Assistant Director - Research at the GMCA, Julian and his research team support policy makers across a broad range of thematic areas – including health, housing, the economy, crime, social services, employment and skills, and the environment – by providing data, evidence, and insight to support decision-making. He also leads GMCA’s work on cost benefit analysis, helping commissioners maximise the value for money of the investment in public services.
