Community Panels
SIPHER wants to ensure that our research approaches are actively informed by people with lived experience of the policy areas we study.
To achieve this, we have partnered with a local, community-based organisation working in each of the geographical areas we are researching. These are organisations with experience of the policy issues we are studying.
Together we have built Community Panels of local people who regularly engage with our researchers. We discuss our work and research progress and ask their views on decisions about our activities and our models.
These SIPHER Community Panels are actively challenging us to improve our research.
